Reload game again and let it sync with Xbox Live and then warp back to Firelink Shrine and give "Eyes of a Firekeeper" to Firekeeper and Return to First flame and Summon Firekeeper using summon sign on ground (DO NOT interact with First Flame) to get the End of Fire Achievement.
